Evaluating Training Software - Article Review

There was an article published on elearningindustry.com titled "Evaluate Your Online Training Software - 8 Questions You Need to Answer." As someone very new to the field of elearning, I found this article very helpful. I imagine that the future holds some opportunites for me to be making these types of decisions, and with any luck, I feel like referring to these questions and analyzing the content will assist me (or anyone is a simialr position) in making a well informed choice. There are some obvious suggestions in regards to usability and pricing, but there are also some that a newbie, like me, likely wouldn't consider, such as branding capability. To summarize, below, is a list of the eight recommended questions:
What training activities does the online training software support?
How is the training going to be deployed?
Does it offer the flexibility and usability you want?
What reporting and/or analytics capabilities does the online training software offer?
Can you brand your online training courses?
How much support do you need?
Does the vendor offer a free trial?
Do they offer varied pricing options?
